1. Replacement

 

The damage or defect of the goods will be replaced within from the date of received.

The damage or defect shall send back to Odonata Publishing Sdn Bhd and highlight the damage area / pages.

 

2. How do I cancel my order?

3. Refund Policy

 

 It is refundable, if the book ordered fails to deliver from us after 30 days from date of order due to shortage of supply. Other than that, the consideration will be at the discretion of the Company Management.
