Terms and Conditions of Sales

 

1. Replacement

Should there be any damage due to mishandling before delivery or factory defect on the goods, they are entitled to be replaced within 7 days from the date the goods are delivered. The damaged or defect goods shall be sent back to Odonata Publishing Sdn Bhd with the damage area / pages highlighted.

 

2. Cancellation

3. Refund Policy

The order is refundable only if the goods ordered fail to deliver from us after 30 days from date of order due to shortage of supply. Other than that, the consideration will be at the discretion of the Company Management.
